More Density – 800 units at Lowry

Lowry planners want to allow several high-density 5-story towers in Lowry east of Monaco Parkway and south of 1st Avenue. High-density developments on both the east and west sides of Monaco Parkway would harm the Crestmoor neighborhood, increase traffic and could endanger children and pedestrians.

Denver officials are trying to put some high-density housing in the last open parcel at Lowry. Once called Buckley Annex, it’s now known as Boulevard One.
